Milan Slapak Proprietor
Mr. Slapak’s culinary career actually began at young age in Europe where he worked for several years. He ventured to America and into the hospitality industry working in well known hotels and a world class PGA Country Club. During this time he began an entrepreneurship, which has evolved greatly over the past few years. He graduated from Hotel & Restaurant Management Program in 1980 and worked with well known Chefs & Maitre D' in New York City and Westchester. His training efforts include a Master of Service, Sommelier, Executive Chef and a Business Management Certification.

Milan’s expertise is also in front-of-the-house operations, including professional table service skills and training, event management, wedding coordinating, custom menu planning, theme development and presentation. He brings organizational skills to the table.
